CRI
has multiple independent repackaging stations and
several ribbon blenders to handle chemicals and
colorants. The repack stations are segregated to
prevent cross-contamination and primary and secondary
dust control units are used to prevent the escape
of particulates.
Additional load cells are used on all stations and
blenders to ensure accuracy. The load cells are
used to package the finished product and are designed
to weigh to an accuracy of 0.10 +/- per pound. CRI
can charge and package from a super sack, drum,
box, or bag. |
